Cancellation and Refund Policy

    


  • The client understands that the prices offered are for group courses and Hermas Higher Institute for Training has the right to reschedule or cancel any of the training services. The client is entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid or rescheduling to a later date. The institute is not obligated to compensate the client for any losses that the client may incur as a result of cancellation or postponement.
  • To request cancellation, the customer must submit a request through the website or by visiting the Hermas Higher Institute for Training during official working hours.
  • If the client requests to reschedule any course or product, a refund voucher will be issued as credit to the client, to be used to purchase the course and other product within the institute’s services and products for a full year from the date of payment, after the institute approves the client’s right to do so.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same original payment method. The institute does not bear the additional fees for different payment methods such as credit cards, bank transfer fees, and fees for installment purchase companies such as Tappy, Tamara, etc. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount paid to the institute.
  • The refund process may take from 3 to 21 working days from the date of approval of the refund request, and Hermas Higher Institute for Training has the right to update the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
  • In-person and online courses: The customer has the right to cancel enrollment in the service or product provided more than 5 working days before the start of the course and is entitled to a 100% refund. In the event of a cancellation request less than 5 days after the start of the training course, the customer will receive a portion of the amount as determined by the Hermas Higher Institute for Training.
  • Recorded courses: The customer has the right to request a refund within 24 hours of the time of purchase, and the institute has the right to refuse the refund request if it is submitted after 24 hours of the time of purchase.
  • Exam fees: Fees paid for exam vouchers for professional certifications from certain international organizations are subject to the policies of those organizations, including but not limited to: PMI, HRCI, APICS, CIPD. Clients are advised to review and carefully read these policies on the websites of these organizations.
